If other people can read this I would like to add that the cost of this vase of flowers is actually $98.00. A loved one from my church ordered flowers from a florist, had them delivered to the church and the arrangement was stunning and cost much less than $98.00.

The flowers were delivered and were very pretty. I ordered the smaller bouquet which was smaller with fewer flowers that what is in the picture. Delivery was great and the bouquet was greatly appreciated by the family. The end price was very pricey for the size of the bouquet. I ended up spending over $110 just to have a small bouquet delivered to a funeral home.

I was skeptical about online florist ordering since I never utilized it before.
When I arrived at the church the display was absent the casket area. I panicked and asked the funeral director where the flowers were that I ordered. He stated they either are back at the funeral home or at the graveside. I was relieved to see them at the interment and displayed at the reception as well.
This policy was unfamiliar to me. The display was beautiful.

I was a little disappointed . The bouquet I ordered was red roses and white flowers... My grandmother's favorite color was red. But when it showed up for some reason there was a pink lilly placed in the very front. Totally threw off the color scheme of what I wanted and was not pictured like that when ordering.

The flowers were fresh and arranged nicely. However, there were several "buds" that hadn't bloomed yet, so it looked very sparce for the viewing and funeral service. I was also disappointed that the vase was not red as pictured. I realize substitutions need to be made at times. But for the price I paid (including the additional fees), I expected the bouquet to be fuller, in bloom, and in a nicer vase.
There were several arrangements from the Sympathy Store at the service. They were nice, but again, I felt for the prices paid, they should've been fuller. For these reasons, I generally avoid purchasing flowers and give to a memorial. Unfortunately, one wasn't listed. Thank you.

Maybe in the future, you could provide a photograph of the finished arrangement for those of us who just have to hope that your bouquet was a quality arrangement. It was a puny bouquet with 6 roses, some white daisies and several unopened lilies. Also, the handwriting on the cards (all of them for the funeral fulfilled by this florist) was atrocious.

The flowers presented were dishelved. The arrangement was sloppy. Looked liked they were just dumped off after being delivered. I don't know the florist and won't order again. Maybe you should discuss with the funeral director how to properly display floral arrangements when they get to their funeral home. My cousin is a funeral director and takes time to properly display arrangements when they arrive at his funeral home. He is a professional and would not tolerate his employees not properly displaying flowers. This is my 2 review without your company responding to my first review.
