Thomas Collom, age 72, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2022 at home in Pedricktown, New Jersey with his family by his side. Tom is survived by his wife of 50 years Sandra, his daughter Shelly and his grandsons Dylan and Ryan. Tom was born in East Landsdale, Pennsylvania to the late William and Florence (Ligatti). He moved to Alburtis, PA when he was a young child with his parents and siblings. He later would travel to Springfield, PA on weekends and summers to work at his Uncle Bud’s Amoco gas station where he learned his love for cars. Tom, better known as TC, worked at Swan Oil Company in Philadelphia for many years before opening his dream business, TC’s Rod Shop. He enjoyed building street rods, attending car shows, Sunday dinners with his family, spending time with his grandsons, sitting on his back porch with Sandy watching the wildlife, a good cigar, his pets and spending time with his closest friends. He touched many people’s lives and had a few that he considered his own sons, and will be sincerely missed. My dad lived life his way, he helped who he could anyway he could. Tom is also survived by his sister Susan Eidle, sister in law Linda Collom and his nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings William Collom, Stanley Collom and Flossie Collom and his brother in law Terry Eidle. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
