Kellie Ann Cogdill-Rappa

Kellie Ann Cogdill-Rappa passed away suddenly on October 11, 2021. Kellie was raised in Penns Grove and graduated from Penns Grove Regional High School class of 1991. Kellie was the daughter of the late Robert A. Cogdill and the late Kay Johnson Cogdill. She is survived by her children Casey, Bobbi Nicole and Jacob, also a grandson. Kellie also leaves behind many loving and extended family/friends. Her sister Linda Kratzer (Kenny) and her brothers Brett and Justin. Also nieces and nephews Kristin Cogdill, Michael Cogdill and great nephew Mason. Also missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins, Sue Elizabeth of Florida who was raised for a time with Kellie and her family. She was predeceased by her niece Franscesca Alyse and her maternal grandparents Donald and Evelyn Johnson. Also her paternal grandparents Isaac and Hazel Cogdill. There will be a memorial planned at a later date.
