Barbara Ann Pacevich, age 83, of Carneys Point Care Center and formerly of Pennsville passed away on May 18, 2020 after a prolonged battle with Dementia. Born September 12, 1936 in Oxford, PA, Barbara grew up in Elizabethtown, PA before moving to NJ. Barbara was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Walker Strickland and step mother Naomi Ayars Strickland. Barbara was previously married to the late Donald Pacevich of Pennsville and James Scull of Salem. Barbara was predeceased by son Stephen Scull and daughter Elizabeth Scull, granddaughter Amanda Scull and her brothers William Jr., Ronald and Donald Strickland. She is survived by sons James E. Scull of Quinton and Michael Scull of Salem. Daughters Stephanie Scull of Quinton Township and Christiana Scull of Salem, 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Barbara was a seamstress for Marilyn Dress Company of Salem for many years and worked in Dietary at Mater Dei in Pittsgrove. She enjoyed camping at various campsites, bird watching, baking and found great enjoyment planting flowers in her garden around the yard each spring. Memorial contributions or donations may be made in Barbara’s name to Heartland Hospice Services, 1385 Chews Landing Road, Laurel Springs, NJ 08021. Services will be private due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
